Tommy and Slappy did the best they could but had old and broke down equipment. The septic tank was in a difficult position near the back deck and had not been pumped out in 27+ years. They ended up cutting my internet cable and cracking the cement lid to the septic tank with repeated whacks with a sledge hammer to loosen it. They discovered more solid sludge than expected so raised the price to $1250 from the initial $540 estimate. We may not have incurred this extra pain and cost if I pumped the tank every 5 years.

They came out promptly and the price was very fair and they didn't try to raise it as others did. Tommy was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

called them they said they were coming out the next day well they text me saying they forgot that they had a big job that morning and said they will be out later after noon i waited till 6 or so till dark they said they were still on last call i said well wait till the next day it would be daylight that would have been saturday january 25 and they said they could come out sunday 26 i said you can wait till monday they said no i said ok so they texted me saying they were going to get equipment and will be 35 min. out i said ok i waited and waited after 1 and no answer at all tried calling them and they actually blocked my number so im having to find someone else that wants to work and to the job sad part is i have invested 3 or more days into these lying people to come out to service my septic system i was a paying customer i will never use their service ever again and im going to put them on Angies list and a few others my wife and I are disabled as well as our son and we are on fixed income so i guess we will find a real company to come out and help us
