very easy to schedule my apppointment and the tech called early to ask if he could come abount an hour early. He described a few tips on home DIY advice and then went to work. Made sure the furniture was completely cleaned and back in it’s spot. I’ve got 2 dogs and a cat so I was very pleased to have the furniture cleaned up quickly and it looks great.

After the cleaning, the couches were very clean and fresh despite their age.

A few months ago, I had Duraclean clean the off-white carpet in my condo, and I could not be happier with the results. There were stains in the hallway I thought would not come out, but Duraclean was able to remove the stains. I live in a four-story condo building and the technician was able to run the hoses from my balcony down to his van instead of using a portable machine. This was a big selling point for me. The service I used prior to Duraclean didn't even try. Duraclean has earned my business for life!

They did a great job. We went back and forth on the scheduling and I appreciated that they continued to follow up with me until it was confirmed.

Very professional and instructive service. I had numerous stains... both dirt and water marks. Most all came out. I was given detailed explanations as to how to better take care of the white fabric on my sofas and given some cleaners to assist in further lightening existing water stains and future soils. My phone call to request an estimate was answered promptly and an estimate given on the spot. The technician arrived early! and I was able to use their coupon.

Great job! I have a small dog that sheds A LOT. Despite regular vacuuming, her fur is everywhere and she often sits on the sofa (very light color) and the oil from her fur/skin leaves a bit of a stain. Also, I had spilled some hot tea on the sofa and despite immediately cleaning it up, there was a ring. After the cleaning, all of the stains were removed!

Justin was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about his trade. Did an outstanding job on tough areas and pet stains! Would highly recommend!

Justin was my cleaning guy. The quality of the work he did was outstanding. There was a significant improvement in the floors that he cleaned. He also was extremely professional and easy to work with. I was totally satisfied with my overall experience with Duraclean, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very, very disappointing. The cleaner worked very hard to remove blood drop stains from wool oriental carpets. My dog had torn a nail and left blood drops on carpet. I could understand if the blood spots couldn't be removed but they completely ruined the carpet in their effort. I paid $125 dollars, could have lived with the few spots but now must replace about $750 dollars of carpet.

Justin was fantastic. He showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about the products used and what products to use in the future to combat tough stains. He cleaned three rooms in about an hour and was able to get some spots left by the previous homeowners up, no problem. I highly recommend Duraclean to others in need of carpet cleaning services.
