I would rate the body work as an A. All of that work was excellent, and exceeded my expectations.
The paint job was not as professional as I had expected. There was paint on the rubber trim around the windows,
and paint on the back tire. Paint job was $400, which was a good price. It wasn't a bad job, considering this is a 1999 vehicle.
The paint looks fresh, clean, and bright.

I had the car for less than four weeks when someone hit me on the right side rear quarter panel. It took Diamond about a week and it looks brand new (as it should). I'm taking my wife's car there this month for some work. I'm very pleased.

We had broken the side mirror in a too close encounter with a garage door. The speaker covers had basically disintegrated during six summers of sitting in the sun. We had initially taken the car to the dealership for estimates. The dealership estimate was close for the mirror, but almost seven times as much for the speaker covers because they insisted that the whole rear speaker deck needed to be replaced. On our first encounter with Diamond Auto Painting, we were given a good estimate on the side mirror, but at first didn't even ask about the speaker covers since the previous estimate had been far beyond what we were willing to pay. When Chuck walked out to the car I mentioned the speaker covers more in passing than anything. Much to my surprise, he suggested that there was a very inexpensive replacement kit available from Toyota for the speaker covers. He looked it up, then called Toyota to confirm that the speaker cover replacement kit was only about $35. The estimate for the whole job, including two hours labour was just over $340. As it turned out, it took much longer because the rear seat, speaker deck and interior trim had to be removed to get at the underneath of the speaker covers, which was where they were attached. However, it took less time than estimated to replace the mirror. So Chuck honoured his original estimate to the penny, much to our suprise and delight. The work his people did was perfect, and the nearly seven year old car looks as good as new. We would highly recommend Diamond Auto Painting to anyone looking for excellent, honest work.

Chuck's estimate was perfect for two reasons: 1) it was the lowest 2) it matched my ACTUAL expense to the dollar. The work was done in a matter of hours, and it looks great. I will definitely use Diamond for all my body work and auto painting. Honest, hardworking guys who do a good job in good time at a good price? What's not to like.

Our 1991 Geo Prizm desperatly needed a new paint job. However, there seemed to be no happy medium when it comes to painting cars. Either there are deep discount places that seem to get paint everywhere, and then there are very expensive places (over $2000). We were really glad we took our car to Diamond, based on the recommendation of our mechanic. They did an extremely good job of painting only those surfaces that needed painting, the finished product was beautiful, and the job took exactly as long as they told us it would take.

VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND DECENT QUALITY. IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER CAR AND WANT A GOOD JOB, BUT A LOWER PRICE THAN MOST BODY SHOPS, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. THEY SAVED ME $200 ON A PART THEY SAID I DIDN'T NEED AFTER ALL ONCE THEY HAD REMOVED THE FENDER AND BUMPER. THEY ARE VERY HONEST.
