I liked everything, they were absolutely fantastic and they used a commercial grade carpet cleaning machine, which was awesome. He took the time to explain and elaborate on how that particular machine is better than a regular extraction machine. The scond home they worked on they got EVERY SINGLE STAIN and the carpet looked brand new.

It went great. The carpet was dry in 30 minutes. The machine he used was very quiet and the carpets look new again. He was very friendly. I would recommend him to my family and friends for their flooring. He was really great.
