I didn't like them so I ended up switching. They were just a little pushy for services and I felt that that was a little unprofessional. I think they brought in some new vets and I think that they maybe have not actually committed to the customer service policy. The quality of their service was great.

They offered to either squeeze me in on fri morning (very last minute) or I can come in Sat morning as a walk in with no appt. I chose Sat morning so I can get a few things done. Well, they were wonderfully helpful with things like bringing me the forms I needed to fill out since the dogs were excited to try to make new friends in the lobby and were kind of rambunctious. I waited all of maybe 3 minutes after I got done with the paperwork to be seen. They brought me to an exam room, took the dogs back 1 at a time and everything went smoothly. All in all, everything went great. It's pretty obvious that everyone I interacted with really cared about animals.

They may be a little bit more expensive than others, but they are very personable. They care a lot. They really go the extra mile for the owner. It is clean and neat. They have hours if you want to make appointments, so you can simply walk in if you do not have time for an appointment. They always after I had been there to know if she was fit and how she was doing. They have been my vet for 15 years or longer.

They are good on everything, except that I end up waiting a lot because they don't really do appointments. The staff is friendly.

Found the entire staff courteous and professional with a real love for animals. One of their vets is regularlyfeatured in our local paper.

I spent $185 the last time I used them. I have a poor old kitty Kat that hasn’t had anything done since 2002, so I called them and told them to do everything they needed to do because I did not know when I could catch him again. They did what was needed and also called back the following day to check on him to how he was coming along because he did have a lot of shots. Their prices are not cheap, but I get what I pay for.

After rescuing/adopting a stray, Dr. Kris Blaine spayed my new pet. Sable was overly active and hard to keep calm and still during the recuperation period. Many times, Sable couldn't contain herself and leaped, spun, twirled, cavorted...well, you get the idea. Both the internal and external stitches that were sewn by Dr. Blaine were so precise and of such quality that there was never a problem, no tears or rips of the sutures. I feel that a less detail-oriented, or less qualified, doctor would have had Sable back in emergency surgery after all her gyrations, since she should have been taking it easy and letting the wound heal. I recommend Dr. Blaine highly, not only for her competency as a vet, but for her professional demeanor as well.

I have been going there for three years. The vets are knowledgeable and they are good about explaining different options to me. Their prices are reasonable and it is easy to get an appointment. They are also very sweet to the dogs.

I could not feel more welcomed, from the girls at the front desk, all the way down to the doctors. They treat me like a parent, not just a pet owner. They always make a follow up call to make sure all is going well. I could not imagine taking my animals anywhere else.
