Chen was very professional. He provided options and patiently explained his recommendations. CC was what I brought it in for. The broken motor mount was discovered once he has a chance to look at my vehicle. He made a number of calls to reach me for approval of the additional costs. And when I picked up the vehicle later that day he showed me the broken motor mount . I like the fact that he didn't do anything without prior approval . He made a loyal customer who will come again by how he conducted the transaction. From the on-the-nose estimate to the expected completion time. I have neighbors who have used him for years and everyone swears by him and his employees. I will use him for anything that I need done.

They replaced my brake pads, rotors, etc, basically a complete front and rear brake job for much less than both the dealer and Just Brakes. Never had one issue with service from Car Connex. Very fast and reputable at a great price.

Chang is a great mechanic, the shop is neat and there is an amazing coffee house across the parking lot with WiFi so the wait is barely noticeable and certianly not uncomfortable. Chang is now my mechanic of choice.

Chang's prices were very competitive and he came recommended by another shop I've used before. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, which impressed me because I knew exactly to ask from dealing with many other mechanics. The work completed on time and as promised. He even told me to bring the car back in a week so he could inspect the new engine. Excellent guy. I would recommend him to anyone.
