Very well.

Had to send camera back multiple times. Last time he sent back the camera, it did not have the picture card. This card contained personal as well as business photos. I have contacted Camera Service Co. multiple times in regards to the picture card. I have not received any response. Can't tell whether camera is properly fixed because I don't have the card.

In my opinion, when I went to Cameral Service Company (my first time,) I was fully prepared to find out that the camera was functioning properly and that it was my lack of skill that was the determining factor in my photographs. On the other hand, I know so little, I could have easily been taken advantage of and been charged several hundred dollars to "repair" my camera. DJ Park took a special interest and gave me about a one hour lesson in how to better use my camera's capability. His explanations were excellent although it was like drinking from a firehose. He was a wealth of information and we shot photos, examined the shot, made adjustments and shot again and again until I understood the concepts he was teaching me. I can't wait to practice what I learned today. Would I go back there again? Absolutely and I would recommend them to anyone professional, novice or someone like me that is in between.

The staff was very nice and very professional. They knew exactly what to do to fix my camera and it didn't take long. They also cleaned and re-calibrated my lenses and the focus is amazing! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. The estimate was right on target.

.I was very pleased with the fact that they didn't push me into buying a new camera. They checked out my camera for free and gave me the estimate on the parts and service. They went above and beyond with their service.

Months ago, I dropped my Nikon D60 camera, and damaged the lens mount. Otherwise the camera worked fine, and I took thousands of photos using a different lens. Nikon referred me to this authorized repair station to have the lens repaired. The representative at Camera Service Company assured me that repairing the lens by replacing the lens mount ring would be less expensive that buying a new lens (widely available for $89.00). When I delivered the lens to them, they would not give me a quote for the lens repair, as they neede to "inspect the lens and the camera." The next day they gave me a quote of $235.00!!! When I questioned the high quote, they explained that the lens required an inexpensive part, but that the labor involved made the lens repair $90. They went on to explain that my auto-focus was broken, and fixing it would cost $145.00 in labor!! I felt very abused, as the camera worked perfectly when I dropped it off, but I feared that if I declined the job that they would find some way to see to it that the auto-focus would "break" before I picke it up. Less than 2 two hours after I authorized the repair, they told me that the camera and lens were ready for pick-up. (So they charge over $200.00 per hour for labor!), When I arrived to pick up my camera and lens, I politely protested the abuse, and was offered a $20.00 discount. I will not do business with them again, and I suggest that others proceed with caution.

Great experience, repair was on time and finished without a hitch.
