Very much appreciated Brunson's prompt response to my call, his knowledge, his personality, and that the total amount for the repair was reasonable and within his quote. Brunson , as he likes to be called, found the problem and corrected it. Also he was very knowledgeable about my particular washer and used several methods to determine the problem. He was very educational in pointing out better ways to distribute heavy items I may wash. Very reasonable rates. Would definitely call him if I have any other appliance problem.

Dishwasher was leaking. Repairman asked me to send a photo of the sticker with the model number on it a week and a half ahead of the appt. He was very nice, but did not repair the dishwasher. It leaked 15 minutes after he left. He took off the front panel, removed the bottom rack and ran a partial cycle to see where the leak was but it didnâ t leak while he was there. I insisted he run it with the rack inside, front panel installed and run heated water cycle like we would. He didnâ t do it and it didnâ t leak while he was there. He put it all back together and ran a regular cycle, waited a few minutes and left due to it not leaking. It leaked 15 minutes after he left. I asked if he had brought any parts but he had not. Iâ m not sure how he planned to repair a leak without any parts. He would have to order parts needed and come back a different day. Made no sense to me. He mentioned the steam removal blower inside the door sometimes goes bad. I asked if he had a multimeter to check it and he did not have one. Really nice guy, but would not recommend.

He was polite, professional, very experienced/knowledgeable, and took the time to educate us on how to look out for issues in the future. Lester was absolutely amazing. He diagnosed the issue with my leaking LG Frontloader and had the parts on hand to repair without any problems. He also serviced my LG Dryer. I will definitely call him when I need another appliance repair. You will not regret having him do your repair service. He is dependable, on time and honest. You can't go wrong with him.
