Everything went very well. They arrived on the appointed day. On time. They worked well together as a team. The work was completed in a timely manner and debris removed from my property the same day.

They are the best and will do whatever is needed or requested

Lightning struck really big tall pine trees and they've got all the equipment. They are insured. They are just really diligent. I've had other tree people in here and some of them don't have all of the equipment. These guys have everything that they can, backhoe, motor, everything that they need to get a tree out. I'm talking about a base of 3 people putting their arms around it, well over a hundred feet. One tree was down, it just fell over. With the root ball and everything it was $1800. Other trees that I've had done by them were a lot less. The reason for the price on this one was the base. It was a big 100 foot pine and when it went over the root ball was a few feet taller than me and I am 6 foot. $1800 was probably decent. They probably had as many as 5 people on site at one time. It was done in just a few days. I call them and I have dogs and they know that. If one of these trees hit the fence which most of the time they do, I need to get it fixed. They come in and they take the tree out and fix the fence and they are out of here. I've priced them against other people. These guys are good. I've had them out about 4 times. I used to have lots of trees. I've still got a few huge pines left that are leaning toward the house. It's important that you have the right equipment. Some of the people I've had come in here struggle all day long to get semi large trees out of here. They leave a lot of brush and stuff. These guys got the big thing with the truck that they throw all the thick limbs in, where they shred all the stuff and throws it into the truck. They come in and take each piece out. They don't have to roll it up the hill and try to load it by hand.  They have whatever equipment that is needed. They grind all the stumps. They do it all. They left the area clean. I think their timeliness went very well and they were very professional about the way they went about their work. They knew exactly what they were doing, what equipment they needed. Everything was done. Some of these big trees, they were in here and out of here in 2 or 3 hours on a big tree. They just get in here and take care of the work and clean up and get out.

They were suppose to grind down the stumps by yesterday since I'm having a fence installed today. They were paid in full and are now unresponsive.

If you need a dead tree cut down, then they are good. However, they were supposed to do some trimming work for us, and they massacred our crape myrtle. She argued with my husband about it. They do not understand how plants are supposed to work.

They were great. They actually just drove by and did the work really quickly. It was cheaper than it would have been for me to do the work myself.

What really impressed me was the owner's professionalism and honesty. They really did a great job and their follow up was great. The quality of work was excellent.
