Excellent -- greeted by the front office person and then was immediately taken to an exam room. Then a vet tech came in and got some initial info followed by another tech who looked over the dog. Dr. Rox came in and took over from there. She gave my dog a thorough check-up and also looked at the cd w/x-rays that were included w/the paperwork I got from Atlanta Pet Rescue.
She prescribed eye drops for a 'cherry' eye and then told me what else he needed. No hard sell -- she is treating the dog and giving me the options I have. I was very pleased with the outcome of the visit. She took detailed notes and sent me home with a printed out copy of the examination. My husband was so pleased to read it since he was unable to accompany us.
My dog was understandably nervous going to a new place, but when he left he was just fine. He loved Dr. Rox!
I highly recommend Dr. Rox and her staff.

I chose Dr. Levinson based on the Kudzu reviews and was not at all disappointed. She took a lot of time, was very personable, and gave detailed instructions verbally and in writing. I can tell she loves animals in her caring manner and her years of experience were reflected in her extensive knowledge regarding the best care for my kittens. I did not wait long and was kept informed of when I would be seen. The office staff were all very friendly and kind. I am happy to have them as my veterinary office for the lives of my four-legged children.

Our last visit was a recheck following treatment of our dog's UTI. The treatment was a success and the recheck showed no signs of bacteria in Libby's bladder, a great relief to me.

Wow, what a fantastic vet! She is the only vet I have really bonded with. She obviously knows and loves her animals. I was referred to her by my partner, who has a large dog. I have a tiny, five pound cat who was sick. She was equally a hit with both animals and I will always use her in the future. Cannot be happier.

We have been taking our dogs to see Dr. Levinson for 6 years and are very happy with her practice. We have a 13 year old Walker Hound and a 2 year old lab. The are very flexible with scheduling and are always available when we need them. All of her staff are friendly and we would not trust anyone else to care for our pets

I have been using this veterinarian office for a couple of years now- we have two dogs and until recently, a cat. They have received excellent care at this office and the prices are reasonable and competitive. I have been open with this provider about my philosophy regarding medical care/treatment for my pets and she has been very accommodating of my views. She does not push unnecessary or superfluous services or products. I have had one instance when I had an issue with some medication that was prescribed for my dog that was very expensive and I communicated my concerns about continued treatment with that medication. It did not turn out to be necessary to continue the medication long-term, but I am certain my concerns would be addressed in the future if a similar event came about. All of the office staff were very sympathetic when my cat became suddenly very ill and I chose to euthanize her. Dr. Levinson agreed, upon examination, that this was the best choice and was very helpful to me in making the decision and feeling okay about it. I have been in the office before when there has been an emergency with another pet/owner and I have had to wait, but only once. Dr. Levinson takes her time with all of her clients and is very scrupulous about the level of care and service that she offers, and she normally schedules her appointments in accordance with this policy. My pets have also boarded at this office and I have never had a bad experience. I always feel very comfortable with them staying there and confident that they will be cared for. The office makes caring for your pet easy and convenient. They send reminders and complimentary magazines periodically, and they have an internet site through which you may order pet medications. Prices on medications are also reasonable.
