My company has used this courier for a number of years with good results. However, in the past 2 - 3 months, the service has been less than reliable. They have been late picking up packages resulting in late deliveries after the contracted window. They called us 45 minutes after a rush order was placed to let us know they weren't going to be able to pick it up after all, which almost made us miss a contract deadline. When we call and place an order, they accept it as though there will be no problem with delivery. However, if we specifically ask whether delivery will be a problem, they sometimes admit that they aren't sure they'll be able to fulfill the time commitment. Based on recent service, we are shopping for a new courier.
