 + -1 moreMy company has used this courier for a number of years with good results. However, in the past 2 - 3 months, the service has been less than reliable. They have been late picking up packages resulting in late deliveries after the contracted window. They called us 45 minutes after a rush order was placed to let us know they weren't going to be able to pick it up after all, which almost made us miss a contract deadline. When we call and place an order, they accept it as though there will be no problem with delivery. However, if we specifically ask whether delivery will be a problem, they sometimes admit that they aren't sure they'll be able to fulfill the time commitment. Based on recent service, we are shopping for a new courier.

 + -1 moreI ordered a 9 CF freezer for pickup at Towne Center(?) Mall (vic. I-75 & Barrett Pkwy) and needed a way to get it home. to SW Atlanta. Apple was ~30% less than renting a van or other truck, and the driver helped me get the freezer into the house. He called to let me know when he had problems negotiating the ring road to find me at the pick-up point; being a little late is the only reason they got a B for anything, and it wouldn't stop me using them again.
