Our treadmill suddenly developed a serious squeak & the belt was slipping. Called All-Star Fitness Service from referral by Busy Body Gyms to Go. They returned my call within an hour, made an appointment for 9:00 AM, arrived on time & determined that the front end roller was slipping. Replaced the roller, cleaned & oiled the treadmill, did some minor repairs & cleanup of our other fittness equipment. The charge was exactly what had been estimated. The field technician, Doug Brewars, was very polite & professional. Will definitely call again if we have future fitness equipment problems.
