Rob and his son came promptly to my house and were very professional and worked very quickly! Our house is going on the market this coming spring and at 22 years old we wanted to ensure our plumbing was to code as well as to have a new sink and toilet install and check lines for a new dishwasher and ice-maker. They were able to make some corrections on a couple of things and install all of those items within three hours. Pricing was excellent and very competitive with other quotes I had received. This is the second time they have come to do work for us and I always recommend them.

Rob was absolutely the best plumber we've used to date. We had 3 plumbers try to repair our water heater, all with incorrect information and incredibly expensive fixes. On a Saturday afternoon I called to leave a voicemail (not anticipating a reply), only to have Rob pick up the phone and help me fix (for free) the problem with the water heater (navigated it using pictures I sent). Again, he did this without even a visit or wanting a payment, just to be kind. Even after that, he texted randomly a few days later to make sure we still had hot water. He also knew what the other 3 plumbers did not and helped us with our issue. When we had to replace the water heater a month later, he was incredibly professional, on time, covid safe, and made sure we were up-to-speed. He even further fixed other small issues without charge. To say Rob is classy is an understatement and I could not recommend his expertise and company more!

Initially I started of happy with the main water line to the house, initial water leak was cleared up somewhere in between the meter and house so this job did the trick. Obviously I'm following up almost 7 years later so here's the update, I started getting pin hole leaks in my plumbing, another plumber said it could be electrolysis if the house isn't properly grounded, I talked to my buddy who's an electrician about my house being properly ground and he told me that the National Electric code (which is what Georgia uses) says you need to have at least 10' of pipe in the ground for your house to be properly ground. Well I went back to my job pictures and found the work that Rob Wagner did and he didn't leave 10' of pipe in the ground. My main complaint was on a follow up trip (~8/2010), Rob Wagner showed up and was only prepared to do 1 of 3 jobs I had requested over the phone when I called for the appointment said he didn't have time and that I'd have to re-book. Part of his reasoning was that the Tub/Shower Faucet set that I purchased was for the incorrect valve, but the issue is that about a week or two after this appointment I went looking for the shower/faucet set and it was gone, missing, Rob Wagner had taken it with him which was $114 before tax. My Aunt had a similar experience with Rob Wagner and neither of us would recommend him for plumbing at this point.
Response from A Wagner Plumbing LLC
"I stand behind all of my work and would have been happy to correct the water line issue had he informed me of the problem. In fact, all of my water lines come with a lifetime warranty. Regarding the shower valve, when the customer provides incorrect parts, it takes time to locate appropriate parts and fix the issue. I rescheduled so that other customers waiting on me that day were not inconvenienced because the customer caused a job to take much longer than it should have. Most importantly, however, is the accusation that I took a plumbing fixture from his house. This is completely unfounded and false, I am not a thief and have an amazing customer base to prove that. Angie's list should be ashamed of allowing false accusations to be published on their website."

He did the work immediately and everything was great. I called a lot of people and he was the only one willing to come. He came on a Sunday.

Rob arrived promptly and repaired a leak in our aging PVC drain in the basement. He also showed us another source of leaking water in our kitchen faucet and spoke to the manufacturer on the phone to send us replacement parts even though it was not under warranty. Finally he fixed a bad repair job from a previous plumber. Professional, friendly and competent. What more could you ask for. We were very happy with his services and plan to use him for any future work.

We had Rob Wagoner out to give us an estimate on a lot of smaller plumbing projects that were identified during a home inspection on our new home. He was recommended to us by our realtor, who had done a lot of work with Rob in the past. Rob gave us an estimate based on the amount of time he thought our projects would take, and ended up coming in under time and under price. One of the projects required him to get in the crawl space which was nasty, just nasty, and he took it in stride during the estimate, without even being sure he would get the work.

He and his brother in law showed to the project quickly, and on time. They were very courteous and friendly, which matters to me. We have kids and dogs, and I had no concerns. Overall, the things he fixed work fine now, and he even identified one additional issue that he easily fixed and one potential issue that he told us how to keep an eye on.

I found him very willing to try to identify potential problems for us even if they are not in his field, so he had no interest in creating more work.

I enjoyed working with him, and would hire him again.

I highly recommend Rob! He helped me out so much - not only by doing a great job fixing the items that I already knew needed attention (based on inspection report), he also went the extra step of checking out some other things since he knew several things in the house had been installed incorrectly. He discovered the garbage disposal still had a plug in it that should have been removed when it was installed. It would have ruined the garbage disposal if I'd used it. By the same token, there were a couple things I was concerned about that he told me were just fine and not worth spending any extra money on. He definitely has integrity (a huge plus where I'm concerned). He showed up when he said he would (both times), finished the work in a timely manner, and left the work area clean. I like to give small business owners my business when I can, and am really glad I had the opportunity to do so in this case.
