"This pool liner was installed absolutely correctly! It was explained beforehand that the steps had structural issues that refurbishing would not solve. Customers chose to refurbish and not replace to save significant costs. This is documented in emails prior to the work. Step injection was performed throughout the entire step structure (all three steps) and not just on edges. The product we use does not spray foam but the same product used by Mud Jack concrete companies to lift and support the concrete. No shoddy work exists. This was the best possible job that could be done to make the existing steps as visually pleasing as possible. We were challenged with many pre-existing cracks, fiberglass patches, and popouts and were able to make the steps look almost new. Trim strips were replaced and installed correctly. They fit the exact same as the prior strips. It is not perfect, because the pool steps have severely separated from the pool structure, but look much much better. We did the best work we could do as we always do. When water was lowered out of the pool the skimmer valve was closed and the main drain valve was left open to assure the pool pump could continue to run with proper water. I attempted three separate repairs after the job was complete to satisfy the customer, but the customer would not be satisfied. I was spoken to very disrespectfully and with profanity from the customer. I communicated the very best I could do in the most professional manner possible. Finally reached a point where I had to finish a very professional and nice job in the best way possible. In over 30 years of replacing vinyl liners for customers, I have never been treated or spoken to in this way."
