Job was done as scheduled, on time, and for a fair price. Paint quality was terrible. Had to finish it myself.

Josh is very efficient and experienced. Absolutely no problems. Not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Josh was there on time, did not require supervision, explained what needed to be completed and did a great job. Others wanted to do more work than needed and charge more.

Paterbuilt's technicians were prompt and polite. They covered everything and made sure the house was cleaned up before they left. The job was done professionally and it looks very good.

They came on time, and they looked very professional. The two guys had name tags. First they put some temporary supports under the breezeway so that they could take all the bad wood off. Next, they replaced the boards and post. I was worried about the small post, so they replaced them with bigger ones. They also used bolts instead of just nails. Both of the gentlemen were very polite. They cleaned up their mess, and I was only charged what the original quote was for.
