Fantastic! Kevin and his team were there on time. Very professional and very friendly. He even let us borrow a ladder when we needed to hang more stuff on our high ceiling! They did a fast and excellent job at a great price. They are so good, we will hire them again to paint the rest of the house next year. You cannot go wrong with this company!

One word comes to mind with Kevin and his crew (Xavier & Alberto) ...INTEGRITY!!! This job was originally contracted at $4885.00, but I had quite a few additions before it was over. I thought with the additions it would easily run over $8000.00, surly over $7000.00, but Kevin only charged me $5000.00 at the jobs completion. These guys were there on time every day, and exemplified professionalism through and through. Not only would I hire them again, I did hire them again for another job, and that review will be posted when it's completed - I'm sure with a 5-star rating. You can't go wrong with Kevin because of his "integrity." We've already recommended him, and will continue to recommend him for any painting needs, trim installation, door installations etc. Thank you KDL!!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful KDL Painting company was to work with. We had to wait a few weeks to have him come, but it was well worth the wait. Kevin and his 2 works did such a wonderful job. In fact his 2 workers have been with him 8 years, so they have all the experience you would want. They can paint the straightest lines I have ever seen. They are extremely neat too! Also a big plus was that they didn't spray paint, every room was hand painted with 2 coats. I know the paint job will last much longer because of that. I was a little hesitant getting someone that I didn't have personal recommendations from but I will always use Kevin in the future. In fact people in my new neighborhood told me they have used him before and just loved him too! I have told Kevin to give my name out to anyone that wants a recommendation because I just think you can't find a better painter out there and so reasonable. I am thrilled with his work. You won't be sorry. Thanks again Kevin.

Everything looks great! The painters did a great job. They were very nice and respectful and finished very quickly. I was also very pleased that they cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with the way it all turned out.

And OUTSTANDING job by KDL Painting Co. The owner was in charge of the entire operation (HANDS ON) -- from developing the estimate; advising what needed to be replaced on both the dock and the deck; advised of the plan to accomplish all of the work; arrived at times designated; completed the work in the most professional manner we have experienced since owning the home for over 24 years; and was extremely respectful of the property. We added some additional pressure washing requirements once the team arrived. They were completed within the estimated time frame of the entire job, and was the best outcome we have had in pressure washing the same are in 24 years. In sum, we have already asked KLM for an estimate on a much larger project -- they are outstanding in every respect!

We love Kevin and Robert. They did such a great job. Our house looks brand new! Kevin was very flexible and prompt with getting back to us. They painted everything in our house from ceiling to baseboard. Including the garage. They also power washed and stained our deck and porch. We will definitely hire them for other projects in the near future. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

KDL Painting is a superb company. Everything exceeded our expectations. The job was completed quickly, neatly, and fully met and exceeded our expectations. The painting team arrived on time and confirmed what we agreed to be done. They worked neatly, covering all the furniture in the area and at the end of the day they cleaned up, even using their own vacuum. The paint job was expertly completed. During the process they checked in to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would hire them over and over if I needed painting completed.

KDL is responsive to our needs and always does a quality job. If we don't have the existing paint, they do an excellent job of matching paint color. Their work is completed on time and on budget. Owning a property management firm has a lot of moving parts, with Kevin & KDL I have one less part to worry about.

We hired Kevin and his crew to paint the exterior of our home. We also hired him to pressure wash our entire driveway and sidewalks. He did a fantastic job with all the necessary repairs, caulking and prep work beforehand. We were extremely pleased with the finished job. Kevin made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. He was efficient and communicated regularly. We were so pleased that we hired him to do interior painting for us also.

Kevin Laird and his crew of painters arrived promptly to do the work, confirmed the job to be done and completed the job in four days. They did an excellent job of preparation and painting of the different areas. They did everything we asked of them courteously and professionally. The job went extremely well. Kevin was able to work us in between having old gutters removed and new ones installed. We had used him previously for interior painting and knew he was top notch. Even though we found him on Angie's List, a friend had highly recommended him to us before that. He is so good, I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Great! Kevin did an excellent job. Much attention to detail - everything was done correctly and I could find no problems with his work. After a couple of months, I noticed some small touches his crew added like painting some ironwork trim on my garage doors and fixing a sagging gutter while they were there. Kevin is my new painter of choice and I will be calling him again for interior needs over the next few years.

The job went very well. First, Kevin and his crew were very professional and friendly. Kevin made recommendations that really worked out and which we are very pleased with. They completed the job just as we wanted them to. They performed extra tasks without additional charges (extra patching, sanding and hanging mirrors). We also felt comfortable leaving them at our house without them violating our trust. We plan to hire them again for additional work and would gladly recommend KDL Painting to anyone needing the services they provide.
