He is really reliable. I had an issue with ants one time between visits, but he doesn?t charge to come out for things like that. I think his prices are fair. I spend $85 every other month and I think $45 is for spraying and the other part is for the termite contract.

I had him come out for the regular service and less than a week later I noticed that I had ants come in, which I don?t normally have, and he came back out and he didn?t charge to come out to take care of that problem. If I have an issue with anything between visits, he comes out and doesn?t charge me for it.

I've used them for a long time. He is very reliable and has always been very punctual. He calls the day before to confirm. He always shows up when he says he will. There is never a nasty smell and he is good with my animals. I would never go with anyone else. I had a problem with ants and I called and he came back the next day with no additional charge. He's excellent. I had a swarm of termites come through and he has taken care of it. I have a very large house; it is about 3,500 square feet. I have a ranch with a finished basement that was built in the 70's. I have a contract with them. He is fantastic. I have two large dogs and two cats and I don't worry about any chemicals he uses. I haven't had anything be a problem. I think the price is very reasonable and I haven't had any bugs in my house.
