We could not ask for a better company than Champion to help lead my family our family through a stressful situation. Andrew at Champion has been a blessing. His guidance, professionalism, honesty, and availability has been key for us. Champion has been taking care of my home after a lightning strike which caused a small fire in our home and subsequent water damge from the firefighters. Andrew has helped coordinate and suggest other trade companies which have been just as pleasant to work with. So I say again, we couldn't ask for a better company to be working with!

I had a leaking pipe in my house that I thought on the surface was a small job to fix. Come to find it was a huge issue of water damage having retained moisture in a wide area of my kitchen through the sub-flooring. I was referred to Champion through my plumber on a Friday before 1:00p. I spoke with them before 3:00p and they arrived to plug in the machines before 5. Work began the following Monday and they were wonderful. Punctual, informative, patient, took me through it all step-by-step so that I understood what was going on in a language I'm not familiar with. They worked with my insurance reps. directly for payment, so I can't advise to the cost, but I would hire them for help in a heart beat based off of my A+ experience with them through this headache I was not expecting! They care about the work that they do and further, they care about their clients. I must have spoken with everyone from the owner of the company through to the receptionist after work was completed to offer me contractor information to start the next phase of my headache, down to the various guys that came through to perform the services. Should I ever have a need for something similar again (I hope not, ha!) it is this company that I'll call. :)

Brian did an excellent job with a near disaster terrible stain on the white carpeting in my living room. This was an emergency call I made @ 1405/15 June. David answered @ 1406/15 June. Brian called @ 0826/16 June. He arrived @0900/16 June. My favorite Berber carpet was ready for drying by noon. Wesley retrieved their drying fan on his follow-up visit @ 1418/17 June. Champion Cleaning Systems works as a cohesive team with excellent technicians very conscious of the value of customer service as well as results. I've used them for 7 years and will continue to do same.

They were on time and professional. The only negative was that they cleaned "around" the furniture instead of moving out of the way. I was under the impression that they would move, clean, then place back the furniture, like other companies I have used in the past.

I called Champion based on their reviews. It was on a Saturday and I spoke with a very nice woman. She took down all my information, including the info on the carpet and I never received a return phone call.

Showed up on time in uniform. Very professional dress and attitude. Very knowledgeable and took carpet care very seriously. Cleaned our carpet better than it ever had been done. I was very impressed that they belong to and were recommended by a professional association of carpet professionals. Well worth the money!

Picked up carpet when promised. Did a wonderful job on the carpets. I did have to call to find out when it could be returned, but they brought it promptly. Everything I could ask for!

They were extremely professional on the phone and we had an appointment set up for later that week.
The estimate she gave me over the phone ended up within about $20 of the actual cost, which was a bargain given how many stains I had (2 young children).
The technician was very nice and finished the job in about 3 hours.
All in all, very satisfied with the service and will definitely use again next year.

When I called they had an opening the very next day..and the guy came right on time. He did a great job,

The phone support with the officer person was very nice. Due to the cold weather and the backlog servicing customers that had broken pipes, I had to wait a week to have the carpet cleaned. Upon arrival, the carpet was cleaned in a short amount of time and looks very nice.

I got them off of Angie’s List. I was very satisfied. Especially the first time that I talked to them they explained everything and were willing to work with me. They made my life easier. They were almost annoying, but pleasantly so in terms of following up and making sure I was satisfied. They do good work. He was a little bit late, but he called me and it was only 10 minutes.

I researched carpet cleaners in the area and went with Champion because of their certification with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration, which is the nationwide carpet cleaning standards organization. Zach came over on time, fully prepared for the challenge ahead! He finished the entire house right on schedule and did a great job. I was surprised that he was able to get them looking as good as he did because they were bad! I received 10% off the final bill for a military discount and received $40.00 in free carpet protector. I was very happy with the service performed, the price and quality of work.
