From the initial visit I had a good feeling. Drew showed up on time, saw the property, shared his thoughts and gave a quote. Before he left, he shared copies of his insurance and liability forms. I received other quotes but none were this professional. Once the quote was accepted and the job set, Drew and his crew showed up on time and did the work as promised. You can tell they run an effective team in terms of the work they did as well as the amount of jobs they have; they are in demand and it's easy to see why. They cleaned up when they were done and I am very happy with the job done. I will not hesitation using Tru Cut Tree Experts on my next tree removal project.

TruCut Tree Experts is a very well run family company that I highly recommend. This company (Don) promptly returned my calls to arrange an initial estimate and Drew arrived as scheduled to survey the job. I had previously called another "A-Listed" Angie's List tree service company that wouldn't return my calls and failed to show up for the estimate. Why is this so hard for service contractors? Anyway, we were quite pleased with the job TruCut Tree Experts did. As you can imagine, removing a very large tree makes quite a mess. They arrived with a large crew and the clean up was amazing. In addition to chipping the large pieces, the yard was raked for debris and then a vacuum was used to remove the small pieces and sawdust from the chain saws. It was like they had never been there except the tree was gone. Thank you for a great job.

Overall excellent experience. Drew was fabulous as a co-owner and crew leader. He actually performed much of the work himself. He wanted to ensure I was happy with the look of the trees that were pruned and was always willing to do additional pruning if I desired.

Drew and his crew did a fantastic job. Their job quote included a walkthrough with explanations and they left us with a nice folder with information. They were on time and very professional. All trees were removed without damaging the other trees. They Bush Hogged the underbrush and what the Bush Hog missed was cut with a brush cutter. They even removed several trees that had fallen in the past and piles of vines that we had stacked up. Mud that had been tracked on the driveway was scraped off and then blown into the wooded area. They even blew off the grass. It is amazing how nicely manicured our backyard and wooded area look now. They definitely do a great job.

Try Cut Tree Experts did a phenomenal job. They arrived as scheduled with an impressive array of equipment and a terrific crew that includes one of the owners of the business, who worked as part of the crew and was available all day long to consult about our questions and our specific requests about the pruning and canopy lifting. They were especially careful to avoid any damage to the yard and worked diligently to complete the work, including a great job of cleaning up, in one day. Given the array of services we needed, I can recommend Tru Cut Tree Experts without reservation for any tree services that are needed.

Drew, (the owner) arrived on time to give me an estimate. He was knowledgeable about the trees that needed to be taken down. He didn't seem rushed and took the time to explain what he was going to do. When the team arrived, Drew introduced me to the men on his crew that would be doing the work. All were exceptionally friendly and very courteous (I found out later he hired some veterans which is a big plus). After the tree's were cut down, the team did a fantastic job of cleaning up, not just where the trees were, but other parts of the yard that they didn't touch. I could tell TruCut was in business to stay. They had state of the art equipment and I could tell they maintained it properly. All the team members were dressed appropriately, even though they were doing some hot work. On a personal note, I am a person who is very picky about hiring workers to come to my house (Just ask my wife). I feel anyone who needs tree service should give TruCut a call. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I had six bids from local tree removal firms. Drew Wall, co-owner of TruCut, arrived at a date and time scheduled, gave me a written estimate with copy of certificate of insurance and explained in detail how he would accomplish the work. On the date scheduled, Drew Wall and his crew arrived on site and went to work. They were extremely professional in their approach to removing the upper portions of the tall trees and lowering the limbs and trunks with block and tackle. Smaller diameter trunk and limbs went in the chipper and larger trunks were placed on a trailer and hauled away. Upon completion, area was raked and leaf blower utilized so as to leave no evidence of the work, other than the stumps. The individual tasked with stump grinding took care of the task the very next day. All in all, a great experience.

Very well. They were very professional, which included preparing the yard prior to tree cutting so house, plantings and other trees would not be damaged. They did a complete cleanup after removal and trimming. We had several huge pines, several smaller pines and hardwoods removed. Would reccommend Tru Cut

Absolutely Fabulous!! We got an estimate/recommendation for the work that needed to be done. We felt the $$ quote was very reasonable. The crew showed up on the scheduled day with several pieces of equipment. All work was completed per our discussions/estimate. The crew was excellent, working safely and together, to complete this large job. They had great equipment, as opposed to other tree service companies that have just a few ropes and chain saws. Drew, the owner, personally pruned and shaped the trees without butchering or topping. He was true to his word when he described the work he would do when he gave me the original cost estimate. Even tho the job was expensive, I felt that I got a good value for the price. Additionally, the crew protected my fence, sprinklers and septic field so that there was very little damage from the equipment. Everyone was very respectful to me, my yard and home. I would definitely recommend Tru Cut to friends and family.

Excellent experience. I have had trees cut on my property 2 other times, and this was the best experience. The whole 5 man crew was professional, efficient and hard working. They were also very friendly and willing to stop and explain their process. This crew climbed all my trees, cutting limbs as they climbed, then removed the top prior to dropping them. This eliminated the need for a large bucket truck in my back yard minimizing the risk for driveway or yard damage.
Plywood sheets were used to protect the grass, and the cleanup was excellent. My yard had virtually no damage even though they had to make multiple trip across it on the plywood to load the logs at the street.
If you need tree work done, I highly recommend Tru Cut Tree Experts without any reservations.
