High Climbers Tree Service

A couple of large pecan limbs over the house, a very tight space expertly removed and cleaned up in half a day; plus Communication, competence, and cost: High Climbers are awesome!

They cut down and removed 6 large trees in one day. Left a nice pile of mulch. Very careful with lawn and phone line. Banged up a hog wire fence that I didn't notice until later, but easily fixable. Overall very good!

It went terrific! My yard looks so beautiful.. I met with the owner of the company and we walked the yard, he educated me on our trees and told me when they should be trimmed and what he could do now and we set it up and he and his crew of polite, professional men came out when they said they would and did exactly as we discussed and then a little more and Cleaned up my yard perfectly and all I could do was keep going back out and staring out at the difference in my yard. I would gladly recommend this company!! 100% satisfied..

The High Climbers team removed 4 large sweet gum trees from our yard. John and the team were great from start to finish. I was really impressed with there professionalism, quality of work, and how clean they left the job site when they were finished. Each time we had a great experience with this company. John, Blaine, and all the crew are very nice and knowledgeable about the tree business. A few times I was worried with the trees so close to the house, but they did excellent, precision work. It was really amazing to watch them work! I have recommend them to many of our family and friends. We will be using them again in the future. I give them 5 stars all around!!

I have used High Climbers three times with all three services going perfect. The team went over and beyond to help me.

John and his crew arrived on time and immediately started working. They continued working until lunch and then returned to finish the job. At the end of the day, they weren't quite finished so they cleaned everything up (not a stick or leaf was left in my yard) and told me they would be back first thing the next day. The next morning, there were there on time again and finished the job. When it came time to pay for the service, the price was exactly what he quoted me. I have recommended them to my friends and family and they have all been super happy with their service. I will definitely use them again.

He did a great job, John Tye was the gentleman that I worked with and I would give him an A both for the service that they did as well as the price. They went above and beyond, there were limbs that were, I've got a two story house and there were limbs that were, they weren't touching the house but if they had fallen they would have hit the roof that was high up as high as they were up and they moved those limbs right out. They really were high climbers. John was courteous and he was professional and they got back to me in a reasonable time frame. Three man crew on crim, did all the work they promised they would do, took all of it off, they had two trailers that they filled up with limbs. They were punctual, responsive just good people to work with.

They were professional and finish the job In a reasonable amount of time. They took down several large trees, clean up all debris, finishing up the job in less than one week. This was the second time I used this company and plan to use them again to cut down more trees on my property. Nice people

I was first impressed with this company when my call was immediately answered by John. I explained that after coming home from a trip, I found that a dead tree had fallen on our truck bed and asked if he could stop by within a few days to remove. To my relief, John agreed to stop by the same day, in fact, it was within a few hours. Before I knew it, I got a call from him to let me know that he was waiting in my driveway. John and Blaine were very polite and agreed to remove and haul the dead tree for a very reasonable price, especially considering that it was an emergency call. They got right to work to remove and cut up the tree and haul it off. I don't think it took them more than 20 minutes. I am so glad I called High Climbers Tree Service and am very grateful for John and Blaine's considerate and responsive service. I will definitely use them again as we have several sweet gum trees that we want removed. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs tree service.

I sent email on 4-29-15, owner called me the next day. He explained, he was running behind, due to the bad weather. He said he would call in a few weeks. Which was ok with me. I made it clear, I wanted to meet him and explain what I wanted. Three weeks later, I had not heard from him, I called, he said he hadn't forgot. Today, 6-15-15, I hadn't heard anything, so I called the owner again. He said I needed a landscaper, not tree service. I asked if he was ever going to call me and let me know he wasn't doing the job? I see he left a message, 5-2-15, on Angie's List, to call him. I am new to Angie's list, didn't realize I would receive messages via Angie's list, however I did call him in May, was never told he couldn't do the job .

We were very satisfied with them. They were responsive, professional and took care of our tree problems.

They were on time. Did everything they said they would. Very hard working. Great communication. Extremely knowlegable about trees. They also cleaned the work place very nicely.

High Climbers did a great job. They cut down and removed trees, and they cleared away extra areas at no charge. I'd use them again.

We called High Climbers and made an appointment for Saturday morning. Joe showed up right on time and gave us an estimate of $300 to remove the tree. After getting his proof of insurance he said he would try and get it done today. Within the hour Joe had returned taken the tree down and removed it promptly. We are very pleased with the work.

It was great, showed up on the day he said and the time he said and performed all the work on the quote. He did not raise the price, he did what he said he would do and for the price he quoted.

Called John for an estimate. He came the next day. Looked at the job and gave me a price. Couple of days later he called to see if I was home. I was, so he and his two man crew arrived about 15 minutes later. They took the dead tree and the saplings down. They were very professional and performed the work quickly.

Have never left a negative review and this one hurts me to do so as I know this is their livelihood. Left tire marks with 4 different points of entry in yard. When I asked if he could smooth them out he advised to use a rake but some were over my ankle deep and no rake would have accomplished that. I asked him to relook at the deep tire tracks and please fix them so I did not have to hire someone to fix the mess left. If the ground was too wet he should have advised me that work would have to be postponed. At that point I had a trip out of the country. When I returned I had cell phone messages threatening that he was going to put all the debris back in the yard if I did not pay him. I went out and reviewed the work the morning after my return and he did a very good job of doing the tree stumps and roots that protruded from the ground. He must have come out after that and smoothed out as they were improved or the heavy rains helped but some ruts remain. I told him what I saw and he provided an address to mail the invoice. I paid him via bill pay that day. I even gave him the opportunity to come correct the ruts and I would do other work so he would not lose out of his return but was advised they would have to meet me to review new work at another time. I want to get this yard fixed before the Georgia heat cooks whatever I do to repair the lawn and cannot have further delays. Had he not left the ruts, or even apologized for doing so, and then not left me nasty voice mails, I would have rated him very well. I am now paying a landscape company to smooth the ground and replant grass seed all over the points of entry, as well as what I anticipated where the tree had fallen and the stump was removed. I retained voicemails and pictures of ruts and four points of entry.
