Provider/owner Jennifer Beato was on-time, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She inspected our A/C and went into the crawlspace to look at a second filter on the furnace. Turns out we only needed the filter at the return in the house, and removing the second filter has already made a big difference. We never would have known this if she hadn't asked about it. She added freon and put in a sealer to stop the small leak. She washed our dirty compressor with a hose, which required her to add her hose to ours and haul it a long way from our single spigot. She answered all our questions and gave us some additional information that we didn't know we needed. She even took the time to make friends with our dog! She spent an hour and a half and charged us only $165. We will definitely be using her in the future for all of our heating and air conditioning needs, and I highly recommend her.
