WM Tree Services

We hired WM to remove a tree hanging over our pool and fence. The tree was actually in our neighbor's yard, but we had permission to remove it. Wil from WM reviewed the job with me and provided a quote. He was able to get it done within three weeks, which was great. His crew cut the tree down quickly and safely with minimal mess. After the tree was down, they did a good job cleaning up and then ground up the stump. Overall, I am very happy with their service.

WM Tree Services was my savior when another tree company on Tybee Island failed to finish my job despite me paying for it. This company also ignored 4 months of texts, emails and broken promises. WM Tree Services was the exact opposite in providing their services. Wil responded promptly in giving me a quote and setting us services. He performed them by the date promised and completed the work in an excellent fashion. The previous company had done a terrible job on my palm trees and Wil fixed them so they still looked great months later. Plus Wil was much more reasonable i price compared to others on Tybee. WM Tree Services is my go to person on Tybee Island for tree trimming services.

When he came for the estimate, he told me exactly what would happen including lawn damage to the area around the trees caused by the equipment they used. They were well equipped for the job and they were quick and relatively quiet considering the size of the job. They took down four trees that were 60 to 100 feet tall (3 pines and 1 oak) in two days. The stumps were ground down and the large trunks were hauled off the following Monday. (They finished the job Friday afternoon and had to wait until Monday for the dump too be opened).

Will is GREAT! Very friendly and gets right down to business. He brought out a large crew and had all the trees cut down, overgrowth/bushes removed, and debris hauled away in 1 day....this guy doesn't mess around! He then came back the next day to finish off the stumps, and sent out crew to level out the holes the following Monday. I've heard horror stories about how much it would cost to cut down so many large trees, especially how dangerous most of mine were. Will came in under my planned budget, which was a huge relief! Would most definitely hire WM again without a doubt. I recommended him to my neighbors and I hope they choose WM, and I hope you will too!

Showed up on time. Had to climb trees and could not use bucket truck. Worked hard. Cleaned up well. Very satisfied.

Franklin and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled service day and removed a tree that was in a tricky location on the fence line and close to many power lines.  The crew removed the tree on Monday and came back and ground the stump on Tuesday.  Total time between the two days was about 4.5 hours.  We requested a few logs to be left behind for the fireplace, and they cut the logs to our size specifications and stacked them neatly for us!  We were super impressed with WM Tree Services.  Will definitely call them again, if needed.
