"This woman was a long-term client who always wanted us to do what was needed for her dog. For over 4 years she had never asked for an estimate. Her pet was in for a sick pet visit and blood work was performed. If we had known that cost was an issue at that visit the tests wouldn't have been performed without a prior estimate. The owner did not decline the tests when she paid the bill or the tests could have been cancelled. When Dr. Reidlinger heard of the owner's upset the next day, she did call and left a message apologizing for the miscommunication and offered to speak with her further to address her concerns. The owner never called back to explain why she was angry."
I did not board my dogs at this visit but I have also boarded with this facility and my pups always seemed to have a great time and were well cared for. They will give a tour of the facility were they are kept upon request and that made me feel comfortable with where they would be. They also do doggie daycare and it's included in boarding during the week so I know my dogs had fun playing with the other dogs!
I would definitly recommend this vet to anyone looking!
