Our dogs tore most of the footing fabric off of our new wrap around couch, and also some fabric from one cushion. We obtained replacement fabric from the store. Weddrell's picked up both units for the couch and had the repaired couch back in 2 days. It looks brand new and you cannot tell it has been repaired. Their people were very courteous and prompt. The fee was quite reasonable.
