real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreWe had one instance where the appraisal had to be redone (the bank would not release the original appraisal when we decided to change lenders) and he gave us a reduced price since the paperwork burden was also going to be reduced. I am happy to recommend him.
Description of Work: This is the 3rd appraisal Mr. Benton has done for us. He does a thorough job and is very fast getting the work to the loan processor.
