I had some difficulty understanding the service people even though we both spoke English.  The facility was not terribly clean and the procedure seemed to take a while.  It wasn't a convenient location for me, but I left the car and came back when it was supposed to have been finished, which I don't think it was.  I felt complete confidence that the product was eventually installed correctly, and I have been using this hitch non stop since purchasing it with absolutely no trouble.  We moved an entire two bedroom condo full of furniture into our new home 10 miles south with this hitch and then drove all over Coastal Georgia and South Carolina on buying trips and vacations with no problem.  Right now my staff is loading my trailer with a live oak tree we felled yesterday and we'll haul that out of the back yard with the same hitch.  Best $300 or $400 I spent this year, saved me a bundle so that I don't have to own a car AND a truck, or pay someone to deliver most anything bulky.

It is a furniture store where they rent U Hauls on the side. They were really nice. We were going to go with someone else and they wanted to charge me for being under 25 and hold a charge on my account. They didn't hold anything on my account and didn't charge me a fee for being under 25.
