Very professional. patient , and thorough. Remotely help me from home and come to the house. I had recommend him to others.

Tim did a great job in trying to fix an internet problem in a vacation property (that turned to be 100% due to the incompetence and poor business practices of Charter Cable in Hilton Head Island South Carolina). Still, Tim was professional, competent and did everything that was asked of him. I tried several others before Tim who either didn't return calls or otherwise indicated that they didn't want to be bothered. Tim gets the first call next time.

Tim had the computer for a week. I am fairly computer savvy and was able to diagnose and try to fix the root cause. Tim had similar problems and had to resort to a complete Windows re-install. For $120 he was able to successfully re-install windows and reload critical office software. I had to reinstall my adobe, iTunes and any other software I need. He had discovered and cleaned a bunch of malware that was slowing performance. Everything seems to be working fine. I appreciate Tim's friendly and professional manner. His price for his service seemed very reasonable.

Tim took my call on a Saturday--after usual business hours--and was so nice and helpful.

Fantastic!  Tim was very responsive from the start.  He kept us informed each step of the way.  His quote was very reasonable for the work he performed.  His attention to detail to optimize the performance of our laptop was outstanding.  We couldn't recommend Tim more highly, and while I hope we don't need him again in the near future, any time we have computer issues, Tim's the guy we're going to!

He figured out where the trouble was and fixed it. My router was ruined, and he sold me a new one for a reasonable price

Tim was great! I was having internet browser problems (not related to network), and he fixed it and also uninstalled an unnecessary virus software I had on the computer. I thought the price was excellent, and the repair time was superb- got it back the next day. I definitely recommend Tim and will absolutely use him in the future for any computer problems (though I hope I don't have any, but we know that's a joke!).

from 320-500. We picked the computer up on our return and it is like a new computer but cost a whole lot less then a new one.

We will recommend Tim to all our friends and family and plan to have him do the same with my laptop and desk top computers after the holidays. Want to have them networked so I can access both from either upstairs or downstairs. Also need malware and other tune ups done.

Tim told me to bring my computer in right away and he would perform a file transfer on my computer. I brought my computer in and it took him several days to complete.  Then when I got my computer back most of the files were not transferred, including the e-mail files, which was the main reason I needed the transfer.  I was very disappointed. He wanted to charge me additional money to transfer the e-mail files, but I complained so he kept the computer another day to transfer my e-mail. When I got my computer home I realized most of my files were not transferred.  Even today, months later, I still have to go back to the old computer to get the files he did not transfer.  He has cost me thousands of dollars in  time and money I've spent from the lack of service he performed. I am very dissappointed and shocked that he has received such high ratings, which is why I chose him in the first place. Will not make that mistake again.

I rate Tim excellent in all aspects; professional, courteous, communicable, and timely. Will definitely use his  services again, and  recommend him to anyone.
