Thompson & Thompson Service Group

I can't say enough about Thompson and Thompson . From their customer service to all the workers that have came out to do work inside and outside our house in the last few weeks . We had to have our water pipes rerouted due to a big leak under the slab of our home in several areas . Mike came out and assessed the whole situation and then Tim , Sededrick and Dylan ( or Dillon )ð ¤ came and did the reroute and replaced the water pipe main line outside . They did a great job and so very courteous and had no issues answering any questions I had . I also needed my HVAC system matinance done which Brandon , Justin , Johnny and Dance did a great job there . .. Kevin an electrician with Thompson and Thompson came today and out in two new fans in my attic . I'd needed this done a year ago but, didn't know who to call . I hope I haven't forgot any of these awesome gentleman than worked in our home recently , Robert with plumbing , also ð . If I did sorry guys . Thompson and Thompson all your guts are top notch and all the ladies in customer service are A plus .

Kevin installed a exhaust fan with heater and light. He was professional, thoughtful and went beyond by moving stuff in the way of his work. His work was exceptional.

Customer service representative was great she immediately changed my appointment, when I explained I didn't have air and I was a senior citizen. Johnny was very professional did a great job in a timely fashion um. Would recommend company.

Everything was great. They have the product/parts needed on their vehicles. So it's a less wait from getting the estimates and scheduling the service once you approve them doing the job. No complaints. Thank you!

Rob was thorough, friendly and very responsive. He did everything he said he would. This was an honest transaction, and we will us them again. Price was a little high, but I havent had to hire a plumber in 10 yrs, so this may be the norm now.

For the quality of service I expected more from this company. I was stranded with the situation for 5 days when I reached out to another plumbing company and they sent someone out who stopped the problem. I highly do not recommend Thompson and Thompson to anyone.
