Brenda helped me pick out the right choice to go with existing flooring. She was great on communicating with me through every step of the process. The installers showed up on time and did a super job. The whole experience was super.

This is our second great experience with The Rug Shoppe. They previously redid a job we had in our kitchen gone bad. This time they installed wood flooring in our hall and foyer as well as tile in our bathroom. They are just a dream to work with. They are absolutely interested in customer satisfaction and patient as you choose from their very nice selection of product. They make home renovation easy and something you can look forward to vs.dreading!  Absolute would recommend them hands down.

The service at the store was excellent. It was easy to pick out the color and type we wanted because of the knowledgeable sales person. He sent over a person to measure our room and that person was also very nice, arriving right on time. The installation went extremely smooth and we loved the look of the room when it was finished.

They were so nice and helpful.  They handled everything for me.  They even got me a 0% interest rate on the financing.  They got me a discount on water barrier warranty.  When they put the floor in and noticed that the baseboard didn't match.  They went and bought the baseboard and all they charged me was the cost.  They didn't charge labor.
