I wish it were just nickles & dimes, but unfortunately, it is more like thousands of dollars! BIG WARNING! Don't move in here! This company is HORRIBLE! Before signing the one-year lease they said we would be allowed to get out of the full lease by paying for two months ahead & forfeiting the security deposit, they lied and made us continue to pay rent for the remaining 6 months of the lease, even though we did not live there. It is against the rules to sublease, so we were just stuck paying $1200/month for a place we were not living! When moving out, they make you have "professional" cleaning service at an extra cost & because our renter's insurance ran out 3 weeks before the end of the lease (we signed the lease 3 weeks before moving in) we got fined for that & they kept our security deposit.
