+ -1 moreThe good: Steven has been very good about communicating via email and text, until the fourth and last postponment of his job, when he just stopped all communication. The bad: He had a lithany of excuses for postponing the start of the job, one day at a time: Monday he was tired from coming back from a weekend funeral; Tuesday he got in a truck accident (after texting at 8:30am that he is on his way, he texted at 11am that he just left, then supposedly got in an accident); Wednesday his replacement truck broke down and couldn't make it; Thursday he just stopped making lame excuses why he is not at the site and simply did not show up without any communication. I have not seen his work, but who has the time to put off projects because of vendors not showing up?! If he said upfront that he has to push the start for 4-5 days, I could have made the choice of waiting for him or going with an alternative. Instead, he pushed the start one day at the time - he was polite but absolutely unprofessional. I would absolutely not recommend hiring Steven Taylor and Taylor Painting Company.
Description of Work: Steven Taylor (the owner-operator) did an in-person estimate for wallpaper removal and committed to performing the work, but never showed up to actually do it.
