Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Mr. Stevenson subcontracted the work instead of doing the work himself, like he was supposed to do. The people that actually did the work, installed the air handler, for the heat pump, incorrectly. For two years my air conditioner wasn't working like it should have. Mr. Stevenson refused to come out and fix the issue. My home warranty company then sent someone else out to reinstall it correctly.
