The owner is a very nice guy. The problem is the communication is not good. There is always a lot of different people coming through. It may not be the same person who is finishing the job, that started it. They would just say they would relay the messages, and never did. They were always late with their appointments. They were very unprofessional and unorganized. They were not at all punctual. The work they did was fine, but the job lasted forever. They were in the house a lot longer than need be. I should have gotten better service for the price I spent.

I could hand them the keys and they could take care of it, no problems. I would grade them highly overall. Everything was fantastic.
