For tire rotation. I told them to leave the air pressure in the tires as is. My husband wanted the pressure to be 37 psi on the front tires and 35 psi on the back tires. Later that evening my husband checked the tire pressure and found all four tires at 31 psi. I called them and spoke with Ms. Paige she stated they did not adjust the air pressure. She argued with me on the issue, It infuriated me and my husband. I went back in November for an oil change and also spoke with the owner about the issue with Ms. Paige. To compensate me for the trouble they did not charge me for the oil change, but the car was under warranty and there should not have been a charge for the oil change. They did me no favors or compensate me, it was purely poor customer service.

Southern Motors Honda does a good job on both of our Honda Accords. The work is done well and prices are competitive, or better, than the chains or independents. They have never pushed for unnecessary work or misrepresented the maintenance schedule. As a bonus they provide a free exterior car wash.

Usually recalls can be a nightmare with dealerships. Not so with Southern Motors Honda. Once the paperwork was filed, the recall was completed with a few hours. Southern Motors was kind enough to have a driver take me to the nearest Barnes and Nobles bookstore, and when the recall item was replaced, I was picked up, and on my way. Great service, friendly courteous staff made the visit a dream-come-true. NO NIGHTMARES!!

Our ac works twice as we'll and cool. Southern motors staff has changed my entire outlook about dealer service. It's always a pleasure to buy and service our automobiles. So far, we bought 4 Hondas and 4 company trucks through the Chrysler dealership in Rincon, Ga. You really feel like your buying your car as a family member. The Kaminski's are some of the best people I have ever dealt with. We trust and Buy Southern Motors Family automobiles!!!!!!!!
