Made an appointment to pick out the styles I wanted with Ernie(owner). He was very friendly and provided many options and made some really good suggestions. Patrick(installer) came very promptly to take all measurements and was very friendly. The work was down in timely manor and extremely clean. Ernie also made a follow up appointment with to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work which is was. I have also already spoken to Ernie about future projects and look forward to have his professional team countinue approving the appeal and efficiency of my house.

The owner’s name is Ernie. I think he did a pretty decent job but he was supposed to give me the warranty for the windows because it is transferable to the new owners which I did while selling the house. I called them back actually the first part of this year around February and asked him about it and he said he had purged his files and it had only been two years. He didn’t have me on records and he didn’t have the warranty to give me and I was a little bit upset about that. His follow up wasn’t very good and he did a decent job but not a great job. He told me if I ever had any problems with the windows I can call the factory and tell them and give them his name and it will done as he bought thousands of windows from them and that to me wasn’t professional. First of fall he really wanted his money right after the job was done and I made that happen and I wrote him a check out. I told him I want the warranty and he said he would give it to me but he never came through on that. That to me was a bad taste in my mouth.

"I'm sorry (Member name removed) is not pleased with our response to his warranty request. However we do not have a job file for him under the name of (Member name removed)in Hinesville, GA. Nor do we have him listed on our master list of jobs completed, which goes back to 1991. If he could please send us a copy of his contract we would be happy to use it to determine what brand of windows or siding he is referring to, if in fact we did his job, and see that he gets a warranty from that specific manufacturer. Our company has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We take no payment until a job is completed and our customer is satisfied."
