Arrived exactly as scheduled. Cleaned outside unit and cleared drain pipe on pan under air handler. Overflow had cost us a new bathroom ceiling a few years ago. Float switch had been tripping due to clogged drain pipe. Checked for Freon leaks. Tech could not have been more pleasant.

A neighbor had given us a personal recommendation based on work they had done. We were satisfied. He was very prompt and sat down and went through everything including the tax implications. They were able to come the same week and do the work in one day, so we were quite happy with that. Their price was considerably cheaper than another estimate we got.

This was a wonderful experience. You could telll how well trained his installation team was. I was extremely pleased. Today is June 29 and my house has been cool exactly as I programmed it. My two older dogs and cats sleep like babies. I am so happy.
