He was competent, conscientious and professional. Our roof, which I donâ t think had ever been cleaned (roof is 20 years old and weâ ve been here for four years) came out amazing. Our siding and porches look brand new. Our carport and our slate walkway were terrible with mold and algae growing but when Matt finished, everything looked new! . He was very knowledgeable about the solutions to use depending on the age and finishes on your concrete and slate. He did an absolutely awesome job! He made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. We could not be happier with his work and would definitely recommend Matt Shannon!
