Charles & Anthony came out same-morning as I called them to assess my water heater. Only the pilot would light, but not the burner.They determined that a new thermocoupler & burner control were needed. Note: My water heater was VERY OLD, like 30+ years old. They tried to run down some parts from Home Depot then from plumbing supply houses, and finally from a used appliance parts place; no luck, so we needed a new water heater. They kindly priced a standard tank water heater and also a tankless version, which included reviewing our gas lines for compatibility. We went with a tank model, appropriately sized for our needs. They installed it, did a neat job, they were polite, they cleaned up properly, and they stayed late to get the job done as we had a houseful of company. All this at a fair price, and same-day. We were very happy with their work and will use them again & will recommend them to others. Their name fits: Simply Done, and they do what they say they will do.
