Servpro got over there quickly - within a day or two and gave me a few options. They identified the one that they thought would work best (and it was actually the least expensive option). We gave it a try and it made a significant difference. Though perhaps the smoke smell is not 100% gone, it's the best solution that we've had up to this point. Would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: We purchased a home from a heavy smoker and even after removing all of the carpet, priming and painting all of the wall and ceilings, and putting down new carpet, it still had some remnants of a smoke smell.
