Saxon Appliance Service Inc

I called the manufacturers toll free number and was given the names of two companies. The first one I called was closed because the office staff was attending training an the other was Saxon Appliance Service. I left a message and a very kind gentleman named Danny called me back within 15 minutes. He asked me some question to understand the symptoms and then he walked me through a few trouble shooting measures. While I initially feared that the circuit board would need to be replace, that was not the case. Danny's patience and professionalism far exceeded the support that i received from the manufacturer. With Danny's help I got the unit running after 20 minutes and Danny politely said "let me know if I can help you with anything else." Saxon proved to me that they operate with a high degree of professionalism and integrity and they have gained a loyal customer in me.

Saxon came out and repaired it. They had to make two trips because they needed to order a part. Saxon was on time and the service person was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

They were very knowledgable and it was easy working with the office staff and the service man. I appreciated their honesty and how they explained the steps they were taking and and how and where I could reduce the repair cost and increase my home saftey.

When I first got married (long ago), I asked my mom whom she would recommend to fix my refrigerator. She said to call Saxon and that they were the best in town. Many years later, I am sooo glad I listened to my mom!! Harvey fixed my washer on this visit; however, they have been to my house on numerous occasions and have fixed everything including my ice maker, dish washer, refrigerator and washer and dryer. Always spot on in their assessment of the problem and quick in their turn around if a part needs to be ordered.
I have used other companies only when a service contract required that I do so...every single time it was a nightmare. They never could fix the product properly. I would end up calling Saxon to fix what the others couldn't.
Saxon is simply the best! If you want something fixed properly the first time, call them!

It was excellent. I've never had such a thorough inspection. He cleaned the area that was under the appliances and was very cautious when putting everything back. He was very knowledgeable.

I've used them three times in the past three years. It's a family owned business and they've been into business for long time. They are prompt and reliable. They give good service and they come within a reasonable time when they tell you they would be there.

Repairman came on a Friday morning to assess problem. Ordered part and returned about a week later to install. Everything went very well. Repairman was very polite and worked quickly so I could get back to my own work.
