Initial charge for 3 hrs of trouble shooting electrical system was $150. Then they contacted me and said they could not find it and it would be $200 more to find it. They kept my car for 3 weeks! At one point I was told they were taking it to another location to troubleshoot. I called the second location three days later to see what progress had been made. I was told they never had the car there. I expected regular updates which didn't come so I had to call them to get the update.
Finally they said they just couldn't find it and to come pick it up. I picked it up and soon as I opened the door the smell about knocked me down. It smell strongly of axle grease. There was grease all over the carpet and all over the leather seats. I tried to rub on the leather to see if it would come up but it did not. Again, the smell was just terrible.
Then I started the car only to find they had ran ALL the gas out of the car. It was on dead E. The gas light was on, The car had a little less than a 1/2 tank when I took it in there.
Finally as I pulled out of the parking lot I found that it wasn't accelerating properly. It sounded like it was going into high gear, then low gear, then high gear, back and forth until it finally caught and went. This car has NEVER driven like that. Now I have to take the car to another place to fix what they screwed up plus what they couldn't fix.
Don't have your car repaired there. About the only thing that place is good for is tires and maybe oil change.
I called to complain and was told the manager was not there. $800+ is what I am out. I don't know if the axel grease stain can come out of leather or even the carpets. It appears to have penetrated the leather. I have taken photos as proof.

. They do good work and are very helpful. When you go in, they are going to pay attention to what you need. They have a courtesy service where they will take you home or where you need to go and pick you up and I just like them. Savannah does all types of service not just tires, but you can get brake work, oil change, transmission, they do all types of services. They are courteous and helpful people and their prices are very reasonable.

I had car towed to Savannah Tire due to puddle of orange fluid leaking from my car. They were quick to tell me what the problem was (water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced). Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was given updates while my car was being fixed and felt like they were very trustworthy. I will be back for future car repairs.

They put a better battery in my car and only charged me $11.00. They are extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable. They don't sell you things you don't need.
