Called for a quote and the owner showed up at the promised time. We discussed the issue and options. An agreement was reached on what would be quoted and a formal, written, signed quote was presented that evening. We contacted the owner a day later, agreed to the quote and a date was set for the installation. They arrived on time, worked quickly and had the install done before the end of the day. They were short a couple of pieces to complete the installation and said they would have them and finish the install the next morning. They came as promised finished the install and left.

Tim did a superb job listening first to all our requirements and desires, and then custom built the seamless gutter system and drainage. We've gone from worrying every time there's a major rain storm to barely noticing. We love the system he put in, and would happily recommend him and his team for any such installation.

I received a reference from a neighbor for Savannah Gutter Inc. and they also showed up on Angie's List. They called me promptly and made an appointment to give me an estimate. They were here on time and had a good product and installed it the following day. Their prices are competitive with other people and their work is excellent and they are professional. His prices were right in the ballpark without haggling as far as where we wanted to be to pay for what we got. He did what he said and said what he did and left with having the work completed in a timely fashion and took his mess with him.

Saw a company truck at the neighbors a couple of months ago, but didn't remember it until a wrapped Savannah Gutter truck was in front of our house. Started with a Google Search that led to a prompt return call from estimator Eric Smith. Eric showed up at just the time we agreed. He was great to work with: knew his stuff, gave me complete information without jargon, answered all my questions. Savannah Gutter is owned by Tim Markin who is Eric's brother-in-law. At one point Erick got Tim on the phone to talk about some options and I got to hear some great communication and sensed the mutual respect. Team work and family dynamics are important clues to me about the values and professionalism. I didn't bother to look any further. It took a couple of weeks to get the special colors in stock and to schedule our job, but Tim himself showed up to do the work. Tim. Just Tim. Maybe you will understand my surprise when I share that my neighbor once asked me if I knew which end of the hammer to use, but I expected "a crew" not one guy. Tim might as well be a whole crew. He knew what he was doing and worked hard and fast. "I treat each job like I was working on my own house," Tim said when I commented on his careful and solid installation. I believe him. In less than eight hours total it was done. About the only thing Tim isn't good at is standing around talking. He's the kind of professional that I respect and admire: working smart and hard. We're very happy with the work and glad we found Savannah Gutter.
