Sandfly Locksmith

Sandfly Locksmith is a great company to deal with! They have always been exceedingly friendly and honest in their dealings. I wanted a key pad system installed on my door. Prior to coming out, they asked me to email pics of my existing lock and the one I wanted to replace it with. That way they didn't waste my time and money if I was expecting something that would not work. They came out and in no time had replaced my existing lock with the key pad system. Several months later, I had a problem with the key pad. It was actually a defect in the lock I had purchased. Again, before wasting my money by coming back out, they walked me through a few things to make sure a trip was necessary. They did need to come out, but in a matter of minutes, they had worked their magic and repaired my lock. It's working great now! I really appreciated their efforts to save me a service call if at all possible. Thanks Sandfly! You can consider me to be a loyal customer!!

I was able to call on my way home from work and was able to get in right away. They looked at my car and gave me a great quote and gave me their own advice of what they would do. I was able to watch as the ignition was taken out of my car while he explained it in a professional manner. I was in and out all within an hour. I will be using them for sure in the future.

Very happy with service and professionalism. The locksmith called me to let me know of a cancellation so that he could come earlier than scheduled. He knew that I wanted earliest available appointment. I appreciated this extra courtesy. He also helped me save some money. We had 4 different locks and keys. We wanted one key to match the entire house. Since it wasn't necessary to change every lock in the house, he matched some of the locks to what we already had. We would definitely call them again.

I had lost my only key to my car. Called the dealership and they said they would make it but I needed to bring it in~which meant a towing charge.
I went on Angies' List and found Sandfly Locksmith read their reviews and called them. Someone answered the phone right away, and he gave me the name and number of the "car" guy.
I called and left a message, and it wasn't 5 minutes later and he called me back. He gave me a time when he could come over and make the keys and he was right on time. Gave a call in between too.
I would recommend them to anyone. Quick, Professional and Nice people to work with.

Service and the people were so great. They were literally walking out the door to leave but stayed to look at the car. One hour and thirty minutes later they had it figured out and had two new keys for us. So nice and we had two guys working to figure it out and I never felt like they didnt know what they were doing. They really took some of the stress off because I was a little nervous about the key and I called other locksmiths and car places and Sandfly by far gave me the cheapest quote over the phone.
