Their service was good. The only thing I did not like, is that I could not open the window. Their sensor would not let you open the window. I did not like that at all. We did that, because, I don't know if the other company wasn't around back then, they were just coming in the area. It may be different. My husband asked them about the cameras, they seemed to be unaffordable to us. They did do things that I like. I like the fact that they had a speaker installed in the house, and that they could speak to us in the house. What I did not like is, not being able to open the windows when the alarm was on. When I was sleeping at night, I did not like that. That had nothing to do with the effectiveness of their service. That is just my little perk, I needed fresh air. That is not a reason to not do business with them. I think their equipment is good. Only if they offered the protection of the service, that would allow to open the window. I can't say that I would never use them again. They might offer the same service now.

I don't think the other company was here in 2015, they were new in the area. They were the only company to come out. We had a lot of companies that come out, offering services. They found us, we did not choose them here. My husband thought they were more affordable. I can't say that I would never use them again, the competition, who knows their prices could have come down.

Had numerous conversations with their customer service department. Not willing to negotiate or cancel the service. Filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Safetouch shaded the truth regarding the chain of events leading to my eventual request to disconnect, de-install the equipment and cancel the contract. They engage in deceptive advertising regarding their pricing. You will never know the truth unless you decide to cancel their service, then it may be too late.

Well, I have to say that I am quite upset with my association with this company and the salesman who sold me the system. I paid for a 3 year contract and so I thought that the price was fixed. Little did I know that this was not the case. When I called them out on it, I was told the contract allowed them to raise my rates as they saw fit. #fail!
