The technician named Chris was amazing. Chris not only gave me a courtesy call that he is on his way but also went straight to work as soon as he arrived. He explained everything to me in detail and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. He was also very thorough and insisted on cleaning up after himself even when I told him it was not necessary. My dryer is working like it's brand new again. I regret not calling Rudolph's sooner and have learned through Chris the importance of having my dryer vent cleaned regularly. Thank you Chris!!!

Very well. Mr. Rudolph quickly diagnosed the problem, described a fix and answered all of our questions. He stayed in communication as the parts were ordered and then fixed the washer in a timely manner. Really appreciated his professionalism. This was the washer Bowen Refrigeration took 2 1/2 weeks to deem "beyond repair."

Good response to initial phone call.  Came when they said they would.  Quickly diagnosed problem - burned out motor.  Gave a reasonable quote for replacement motor.  Came when he said he would and did the job quickly.  Very friendly and personable.

He came on time and did repair the defect with used parts and I was fine with  him using those parts, but felt the price of the used parts were excessive at $200.  He was a very easy going guy , I do feel he was knowledgeable and he did fix the machine with one trip..

 I also thought the service charges was a bit too much considering I was charged $95. for the first 30 minutes and an additional charge of $72 for 45 minutes past the half hour. He walked away from his work to  started lengthy conversations off the topic of the repairs.

The technician diagnosed the problem, and gave us an honest assessment and an estimate for the repairs.  As the cost was very high (major repair needed), and the unit was already 10 years old, we decided to get a new machine.  He didn't try to talk us into the expensive repair.  We felt he was professional and thorough.

It went wonderful. He was knowledgeable. He told me exactly what was wrong before he started fixing it. He was able to just keep it running. I thought he went out of his way to make it affordable.

Mr. Rudolph was great.  After leaving a message he returned my call immediately, and I was lucky to get an appointment the same day.  He fixed the problem quickly, and the price was not bad at all.  He was very polite, and to be honest I enjoyed talking to him.

We called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We were not expecting a service call the same day. We were pleasantly surprised they were able to come that evening. We were fortunate to get the owner as our tech. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. He inquired how our experience was calling his office. He wanted to know if the phone prompts were helpful, and if his staff was pleasant, which they were. You can tell he really cares about his business and his customers. He had the part for our washer on his truck. He told us he carries many commonly needed parts on his truck. He showed us exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. I have not been this impressed by any kind of service provider in many years. He even gave us advice on top loading washers verses the newer front loading machines. You could not beat the price either, especially considering the same day service.

I found Rudolph's on Angie's list. I had had problems before with other appliance repairmen in the past, but I liked what people had to say about Rudolph's so I called them when my washer stopped working. Ryan came out the same day. I was very impressed with his work and demeanor. He worked quickly and efficiently. He showed me the broken parts and explained the problems. He told me the pros and cons of fixing rather than replacing the appliances and advised me to check online. He came to the house four times with parts he had to order. I was charged the service call only for the first visit and that included a discount for using Angie's List. After that, he only charged the hourly rate. Ryan answered all my questions and I actually learned a lot, especially regarding the amount of detergent and fabric softener to use. I will definitely use Rudolph's again and have recommended them to friends. While my total bill was $840, $485 of that was for parts. I feel I got my money's worth.

Very courteous; the technician called ahead to verify the address and let me know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and already had a spare heating element in his truck to do the repair immediately. Their base service call price is a bit on the high side but the professionalism and efficiency with which my problem was resolved made it less of an issue. Overall, a good experience with Rudolph's.
