He came on time and did repair the defect with used parts and I was fine with him using those parts, but felt the price of the used parts were excessive at $200. He was a very easy going guy , I do feel he was knowledgeable and he did fix the machine with one trip..
I also thought the service charges was a bit too much considering I was charged $95. for the first 30 minutes and an additional charge of $72 for 45 minutes past the half hour. He walked away from his work to started lengthy conversations off the topic of the repairs.
Mr. Rudolph was great. After leaving a message he returned my call immediately, and I was lucky to get an appointment the same day. He fixed the problem quickly, and the price was not bad at all. He was very polite, and to be honest I enjoyed talking to him.
"We appreciate you taking the time and writing a review on our company. We are happy to know that you were pleased with our service. I understand your concerns with the cost of our service call. Thank you again for choosing our company to service your appliance."
