Then while we waited on the correct parts, our bay was tied up with your vehicle when I could have serviced another customer.That is why we normally do not allow customers to provide their own parts. In addition, I am legally responsible for those parts even if you buy them yourself. I explained all of this to you personally. Excellent auto service company - owners and technicians are honest, professional and courteous. They perform high quality work that's guaranteed. Waiting area is very comfortable and has a large glass window so that you can view the technicians working on your car - they also show you exactly what is being/has been done. Highly recommended.

I went in for an oil change. When they finished,they were honest and told me other problems with my vehicle I already knew. They gave me a price quote also. And not to mention they only do what u ask. No surprises

Over the weekend, I heard a loud bang followed by grinding on the front passenger side of my truck. The brakes also felt spongy. I took it to them on Monday morning without an appointment, and they fit me into their schedule. I got a call a couple hours after I dropped the truck off, with what was wrong. They could have easily tried to run me up in price by telling me that my entire brake system needed to be replaced because of some catastrophic failure, but instead it was a simple fix of replacing a couple bolts in the caliper assembly.
While my truck was there, I had them do a tune up and replace all the spark plugs and fuel filter, as well as flush the coolant system. They have a certified Ford technician at their shop, which helps because replacing the spark plugs in Ford's Triton engine is tricky.
The staff kept me informed during the whole process and was very professional. The facilities were excellent.
Overall my experience with them was great! I would recommend RPM Autoworx to anyone.

"Thank you [member name removed]! Yes, we always make every effort to help customers when things fall apart suddenly. And we are very big on "show and tell" so you know what is going on. Ford spark plugs in certain engines can be extremely tricky so we take a bit more time with them to prevent any potential engine damage. We are happy that you were happy! I noticed you gave us a B on pricing - you may occasionally find a less expensive shop but be aware they (including dealerships) may gouge you on your next visit. Also, we offer the best warranty in town, 24,000 miles/24 months whichever comes LAST and with us you always know the repairs are needed because we show it to you either in person, via pictures or videos we upload to our website."

I have used RPM for severals years and have always found them to be fair, honest, competent, but most of all they listen and fix the problem without alot of other unnecessary charges... the first time.

They look it over from bumper to bumper. They do a real good job. It's always ready when I ask for it to be ready. If they find anything that needs to be done they tell me, and they have an estimate ready for me. Their is never no pressure from them. They don't take advantage of me. It's a woman that owns the company.

I was not satisfied. They didn't tighten down 2 hose clamps and my car was bleeding gas. Me and my buddy had to do it ourselves. The work wasn't done right.

Usually stop in after work for an oil change. Service is usually under an hour. If they find that car needs futher work,( brakes,battery,belt...) I always have the option to bring it back or there is NO pressure to have them do the work. Have always found them to be very honest.

Very smooth transaction. I came in with my hodgepodge list of service requests, and they met my needs. I have a 1996 Ford Explorer with 200,000+ miles on it. RPM Autoworx has helped me keep it rolling in great condition. They help triage my major repairs (timing and budget), provide realistic estimates, and follow through on what they say they will do.
