II was entirely unprofessional! I knew Mr. Odum a little. I went with him because he gave me a little lower price than NUlite.. He did not keep his time line. He left my yard in a total mess. Nails and siding were every where. I have pets so I cleaned up after them.. Less than a month one piece of siding just fell off. I called the company and Mr. Odums son came out. He agreed the installer's did not use enough screws or nails? He put the piece back on and promised to send the crew back to go all around the house. He never did. They told me Mr. Odum had an accident at another big job at the beach and hurt his foot. I gave him some time and he kept promising to take care of the problem. His son was taking over so I did not see why I had to wait after several months. If I was a betting person I would bet his son made his tee time for golf. But, he did not take the time to send their installer's back out. I finally called another person in construction worker to correct the mess. I had to paid someone else to correct his mess. He told me he had gone behind Mr. Odums company several times. I called Mr. Odum and spoke with him.personally. His wife works for him also. When I told him I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau He actually laughed and told his wife..Then he said but we are friends. I told him he was a business acquaintance. If treats his "friends" like he treated me I feel for them. Do not pay this person till all the work is finished per the contract you sign.
