Smooth as can be, very happy

Robert is on top of his game and one of the very best in the business. My AC system was leaking through the ceiling. He came the next day and had it fixed within the hour. He is fastidious and knowledgeable. A technician who really loves what he does! If you are looking for the service man with a positive and fair attitude this is the man for you!

About 6 months after he installed it we started getting a musty moly smelll. He came out and replaced one of the ducts and got it off the ground the smell got so bad we were putting food in the slow cooker everyday to try to mask the smell. Rober kept saying he did not smell anything but everyone else that came did. T he smell was overpowering. Water runs under our trailer there is nothing we can do to stop it. After he replaced the one duct he never went under there again. He would stop by and say he doidnt smell xanything. After his last visit we called someone else. It cost us 800.00 to get it fixed right. Robert only replaced one duct the other one was left laying on the ground fill of water that's where the smell was coming from. My sister has a very sensitive nose she has cried everyday for over a year, I've had to double up on my allergy meds and my little dogs have had to takes allergy meds.

He is very accommodating. I have no complaints. He kept on it until the a/c was working correctly.

Robert got right back to me early this morning after I left him a message over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. As a property manager, responsiveness is crucial to my tenants, owners, and my own piece of mind. Robert is my go-to Heating and A/C guy for a reason. Even in the hottest or coldest times of year he is available and accessible. I've been using him almost exclusively since a brutally hot summer a few years ago when my former favorite AC company got too busy to return my calls. I'm always disappointed if he's booked out and I have to use another company for reasons of expediency.
Robert is from the old school service mentality, is always friendly with everyone, is incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly, not afraid to share his knowledge with you so you understand why he's doing what he's doing. He stands 100% behind his work and his pricing for the level of service and attention you receive is a tremendous value! I recommend him highly to anyone in need of ANY kind of heating or cooling services and I hope he never retires! :)
