For 6 months I have not been able to use my shower due to constantly receiving defective glass. It’s been one run around after the other. As of today 3/3/2023, it is still not complete due to a leak.

Appointment was made at the office; they came out on time and measured the enclosure; called back and gave a price - which was in line with what I had expected ; gave me approximate date of installation ; called when the glass came in and set a date and time . Everything was on time and professional.
