The work was done on time and with no additional expenses. Scott and Tim were professional and totally competent. All work passed inspection easily. These guys are very helpful, courteous and did a fantastic job. Reliable Septic Services worked very well with my contractor and he was totally satisfied.

I sent out six requests for estimates. Reliable Septic Services was the only company that responded. Michelle called and informed me of the permits/tests needed first. All through the permit process, Michelle and/or Scott stayed with me, even dealing with the Environmental Health Department to solve the "Mystery of the Laundry Septic System". I had been told previously that this kind of work could easily exceed $20,000. Hogwash! I was lied to and would love to name names, but I won't. Reliable Septic Services not only handled all of it, they were incredibly reasonable and completed the work in one day. I would recommend them to anybody for any septic work. Their company name tells you who they are.

It went well. He gave us options and told us what to do if the back up happened again. No pressure. We will be calling them to have for Terra lifting when tank is full again.

Everything went extremely well. Mr. Scott Laney and his staff did an excellent job. They are very experienced and professional which gave me a great deal of confidence in their recommendations and work. Mr. Laney outlined each step and who to notify in regards to obtaining soil (perk test) samples, permits, etc. They patiently answered all my questions. I truly appreciate them and their expertise.

This was the first time I needed to have my 1000 gallon Septic Tank pumped. I chose Reliable Septic Service based on their Angie's List reviews. And they lived up to their reviews. They showed up on time, located the tank, and had the job complete in about 45 minutes, returning the worksite to nearly original condition. They were able to keep their truck in our driveway and not have to enter my backyard where I was thinking they would need to go, leaving additional tire impressions that was caused by my tree trimming guy.

Representative with Reliable Septic Services arrived on site @ 1:30p.m. Believe drain field may have collapsed. Thomas provided the necessary names and contact information for the Permit's and Testing needed. Extremely helpful, considering the process is quite Complicated.

He located and opened the tank, found that it was fine, tested the flow coming to the tank and identified there was a blockage further up the line. Although it was outside his area of service, he attempted to back flush the line helping some and gave me a rundown of what I would need done. He spend an hour and a half on the entire process. No Charge.

Reliable was absolutely top notch. Honest, knowledgable, on time, on budget, courteous, professional. Our 3rd septic in 12 years due to prior contractors not investigating the entire situation. Previous (good reputation) contractor had not investigated whether there was a bio mat layer under field blocking drainage. There was, and Reliable showed us that had that contractor gone 8" deeper, through that bio mat layer, we would not have had a problem. Reliable has continued to stop by to ensure all is good. On the Thursday before Labor Day weekend, our toilets overflowed and we discovered that we had a full septic tank. Our plumber stopped by and opened the lid to allow air in the line, so we could shower and flush the toilets. I called another company that we had used in the past, but fortunately, they never responded. Thru Google and Facebook, I learned about Reliable Septic Services and was happy to read several positive reviews. Scott Blaney immediately returned my frantic call and patiently explained the process and possible remedies. He was patient, courteous, VERY knowledgeable and understanding of my total ignorance of the septic tank process. As it was a holiday weekend, he stated that a service tech wouldn't be able to get to us until Tuesday. He gave me tons of tips and suggestions until Tuesday which greatly helped. On Tuesday, Thomas, the service tech promptly came out as scheduled and blew compressed air into the drain field and voila! the septic tank immediately emptied out!!!  He explained that the issue was due to excessive rain and excessive grease clogging the line after using drain cleaner. No more drain cleaner nor coffee grinds he politely informed me and provided additional maintenance tips. I was so relieved as I feared having to get a new drain field. I would highly recommend Reliable as they are truly reliable.
